About RUUD Executive

Managing Partner Tor-Egil Ruud has over 20 years of experience within Executive Search, leadership and organizational change, from several national and international companies. He has conducted over 250 national and international assignments within Executive Search and recruitment. He has been client manager for 30% of the top 50 companies in Norway and for leading companies abroad.


RUUD Executive/Tor-Egil Ruud completed a Management Audit of our top management and middle management team. He also assisted in the recruitment of a new CEO and other key personnel. I am very pleased with the results. Tor-Egil is a skilled consultant who is fully dedicated in his client-work.
